In Elements (2002), conventional musical instruments are combined with non-conventional ones, found objects and electronics. Notated musical fragments are juxtaposed with noises, and composed musical sections are mixed with varying degrees of improvisation. The composition is about an hour long and is loosely based weather patterns and climate changes taking place over the cycle of one year, and is meant to evoke the passage of time. "Self"
