The piano solo version of this pipe organ piece, is the Sinfonia of the composer’s second cantata premiered in Toronto, conducted by Huang Feili, his dad, 1987. A prelude with a powerful double fugue, this piece was written in baroque style. The largest choral composition in Chinese repertoire (90 minutes ), this whole work has been also performed in Hong Kong, New York and Moscow. A CD, recorded by the Russian State Yurlov Choir, conducted by Gusev, is also available.
