The Six Magic Songs presented here may be sung by young people of all ages. They are intended more for classroom or campfire singing than for concert performance, but they could serve as warm-up songs for a choir. They are short and repetitive, and can easily be memorized. I imagine everyone singing them, not merely singers with good voices. In fact, they have been well tested with groups of adults and young people in classes and around campfires; and by bumping them up or down a tone or two as desired they will fit comfortably into everyone's singing range. I call them Magic Songs because most of them are intended to produce an effect, and, in fact, do so when performed with the right energy and faith.
